Description

WW2 Early Inland M1 Carbine #82031

This is an example of an early Inland built M1 Carbine from the 1st block of production with a 5-digit serial number that were made 5-42 to 12-43.  Many early and correct Inland parts including the UI sling swivel, type 1 barrel band, trigger housing pin with spring, serrated push button safety, early Inland logo trigger housing, dog legged HI hammer, RI sear, RI trigger, EI mag release, and unmarked recoil plate. I believe the barrel is marked Inland 11-42, but it is very faint and hard to read.  Excellent bore that is shiny and measures over a 3 using a CMP gauge, so it is showing muzzle wear. Excellent condition I-Cut IO marked stock and IO handguard.  No import marks.
